Content manager

Hollie & Co is rapidly growing and looking for a Content Manager to join our team for 5-10 hours a week!

*You must have experience in social media content writing to be considered for this role*

I am a course creator + membership owner (www.hollielowes.com) that runs a group for established and aspiring online entrepreneurs (www.facebook.com/groups/thevirtualentrepreneur), this is where most of the work will be focused on.

What I need:

• Creating content for my Facebook group. I have hundreds of previous posts in a content bank you can utilize for inspiration.

• In posts that you don't create, you will be going through our content bank, organizing, planning, and scheduling daily posts 2-4 weeks in advance for the Facebook group.

• We post 6 times a day with a mix of short (just a sentence) to long posts.

• Creating and scheduling a weekly newsletter with a recap of the #jobopps that come up in our group that week.

• Creating and scheduling emails for sales and value giving.

• Creating graphics in Canva (just a cover photo for my group here and there.)

• I need someone that takes initiative and has the ability to do tasks without prompting. This is super important. I am at a point in my business where my business is growing rapidly, as well as my team, so someone who takes initiative and is solution-focused is invaluable!

• I don’t micromanage, I trust you to get the job done as the results speak for themselves.

• I don’t track the hours and times that you work.

• I love systems! We have all sides of the business streamline to save our whole team time and to keep it simple.

• I am always happy to hear your ideas and see how we can collaborate together!

• I'm not all about getting the task done and calling it a day, I love a bit of personality, chat, dog videos and GIFs!
