Virtual ASsistant

Hollie & Co is rapidly growing and looking for another Virtual Assistant to join our team!

About my businesses:


#1 - I am a Facebook and Instagram Ad Strategist for online experts (www.hollieandcompany.com)


#2 - I am a course creator + membership owner (www.hollielowes.com) that runs a group for established and aspiring online entrepreneurs (www.facebook.com/groups/thevirtualentrepreneur), this is where most of the work will be focused on.

What I need:

  • Scheduling emails

  • Creating and scheduling a weekly newsletter with a recap of the #jobopps that come up in our group that week

  • Scheduling social media posts in my Facebook group

  • Uploading course and membership content to Thinkific

  • Sending out course announcements within the membership

  • Creating graphics in Canva (normally just a cover photo for my group here and there)

  • I need someone that takes initiative. This is super important. I am at a point in my business where my business is growing rapidly, as well as my team, so someone who takes initiative and is solution-focused is invaluable! 

Not a must but a bonus if you:

  • Enjoy writing sales emails 

  • Enjoy writing Facebook group posts


Software we use:

  • Thinkific

  • FloDesk

  • Leadpages

  • ClickUp

  • Slack

How I work:

  • I don’t micromanage, I trust you to get the job done as the results speak for themselves.

  • I don’t track your hours and times that you work.

  • I am always happy to hear your ideas and see how we can collaborate together!

  • I'm not all about getting the task done and calling it a day, I love a bit of personality, chat, dog videos and GIFs!
